Seasonal agricultural work and tourism employment further restrict daytime availability, reducing effective clinic hours by an estimated 35% during peak seasons.
The equity-free capital addresses these barriers through platform development grants that include satellite connectivity subsidies and asynchronous training modules. Eligibility requires Montana incorporation and documented service delivery in counties designated frontier by the state Office of Rural Health.
